MITCON’s Approach to ISO / Quality Assurance Consulting is structured in two phases:
Phase I

• Understand the Customer's business goals/ objectives.

• Interview the various business roles to know the existing level of process implementation.
• Prepare a gap analysis report showing the existing level, the gap with respect to ISO requirements and the recommendations to bridge the gaps.
