Mr. J. P. Dange

Mr. J. P. Dange is the Chairman of our Company. He was the Chief Secretary of Government of Maharashtra and Civil service IAS officer in Maharashtra. He was also the Chairman of 4th State Finance Commission of Maharashtra. He graduated from Nagpur University with Bachelors in Law (L.L.B) and Commerce (B.Com) and post graduated from Pune University with Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A). He further did M.Sc in Development Administration from Bath University (United Kingdom) under the Colombo Plan. He was ‘AIR’ â 23 at the Union Public Service Commission Examination 1973 in first attempt and got selected in the Indian Administrative Service (I.A.S) at age of 21. He has served for more than 40 years in different positions including Districts, Government of Maharashtra and Government of India and gained hands on experience in the management of Government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings as well as NGOâs. He has worked in various positions right from as Sub-Divisional Magistrate to Chief Secretary of the Government of Maharashtra. This has enabled him to acquire appropriate skills in coordinating with Governments and multiple agencies at the Districts, States and Central Government Level.
Dr. Pradeep Bavadekar
He has greatly contributed in expanding the business and operations of our Company. He holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing Management and a Ph. D. in Business Administration from University of Pune. He has over 30 years of work experience in the field of manufacturing, sales & marketing, management and technical consultancy.
Mr. Subodh Kumar

Mr. Subodh Kumar is currently heading Pune Region of SIDBI having branch offices at Pune, Nasik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur and Ahmednagar. He is a Post Graduate in Econometrics and MBA. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has more than 2 decades of dedicated service in promotion development and financing of MSMEs. He has headed “India SME Technology Services Ltd.” (ISTSL) as Chief Executive Officer. ISTSL is an entity engaged in promoting green and energy efficient technologies through technology transfer and finance syndication besides providing host of other attendant support services for sustainable development.
Mr. Aniruddha Joshi
He has done B. Chem. Engg. from UDCT, Mumbai in 1992 and M.S. from Florida State University in 1994. He is one of the promoters and Director of Trans Tech Projects Pvt Ltd., a global engineering & automation solutions provider company which is in operation for past 16 years. He is also promoter and partner of VASP Solutions LLP, an Information Technology Solutions provider company in the areas of mobile and web technologies and in operation for past 3 years. He is having vast experience in business development, business administration and project execution.
Mrs. Archana Lakhe
She is a Practicing Company Secretary by profession. She is having more than 18 years of experience in Corporate Laws, FEMA compliance’s, Legal drafting and Secretarial Audit. She is also working with several banks as a consultant for their secretarial matters. She is running a firm in Pune which provides services to more than 100 clients.
Mrs. Maya Sinha

She is the Founder Director of CMC Skills Pvt Ltd, a company founded in September, 2015 with the purpose of transforming unskilled/under skilled/inappropriately skilled, unemployed youth of India into appropriately and adequately skilled, industry ready manpower. She is also the Founder Director of Clear Maze Consulting Pvt Ltd, founded in 2010,a cutting edge advisory service in the area of PPPs (Private Public Partnerships) ,primarily in the area of Urban Infrastructure. She is an Independent Director on the Board of Shriram City Union Finance Limited, Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited, Indian Clearing Corporation Limited, Air Asia(India) Limited, Punjab Bio Mass Power Limited, G R Infra projects Limited. Prior to turning entrepreneur, she was a senior bureaucrat- An IRS officer of the 1981 batch, she took voluntary retirement in 2010. Prior to that, she was Deputy Chairman of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT). She also headed the Khadi & Village Industries Commission for three years.
