With the objective to assist the Banks and Financial Institutions in implementing the provisions of 'The Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act 2002.” MITCON stepped into this segment in September, 2002 with its Securitization & Financial Restructuring Division

The Division is empanelled with almost all the Public Sector Banks as an Enforcement Agency viz. State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Union Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Patiala,  State Bank of Travancore, UCO Bank, EXIM Bank, Syndicate Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, J & K Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Bank of Baroda, Vijaya Bank, Indian Bank, Dena Bank, Private Sector Banks like ICICI Bank Ltd., AXIS Bank Ltd., Co-operative Banks like The Shamrao Vitthal, Rupee, Bharati and Financial Institutions (FIs) / Banks like IDBI, IFCI, ICICI, TFCI, GSFC, KSFC as well as  Housing Finance Companies.

In addition, the division is empanelled with Asset Reconstruction Companies like ARCIL, ASREC, ISARC.
