With more than 2/3 years of experience in the purchasing field, to obtain a position as a procurement specialist or materials coordinator that utilizes our purchasing experience in the Service industry operations. Knowledge in Microsoft Navision ERP/ MS Office etc.
Area of interest: Supply Chain Management.
Responsibilities Include:
Ø Asset Management (As per ERP & Manually also).
Ø Controlling inventory, proven ability to manage staff, develop and oversee operating budgets, and communicate with other departments, vendors, and executive management to ensure procurement goals are met.
Ø Experience with sourcing suppliers for purchased goods, negotiating rate including blanket agreements and bulk commodity pricing agreements.
Ø Checking Receipt of materials & Securing quotations.
Ø Preparing Comparative Statements and analyzing quotations
Ø Scrutinizing the purchase requisitions. Make or buy decisions.
Ø Follow-up for delivery with Vendors
Ø Choosing appropriate suppliers, Verifying invoices / bill passing

• Project coordination with client, MPCB and MOEFCC
• Site visit for data collection, monitoring, client meeting
• Preparation of ToR and EC application
• Compilation of EIA Reports
• Presentation toEAC/ SEAC/SEIAA/MoEF/ for public hearing
• Attending MOEFCC Expert appraisal meetings, SEAC meetings
• Requisite coordination with MPCB officers for getting consent approved. Preparation and submission of post EC reports
• Preparation of Pollution control adequacy reports.
