Her responsibilities span the full spectrum of corporate legal and secretarial governance. In her expanded role as Regional Head — South India, she simultaneously leads MITCON's Bengaluru operations, driving business development and client engagement across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala. Under her leadership, MITCON Bengaluru has built a strong presence across the Group's ten service verticals — spanning Environmental Advisory, ESG & Sustainability, Energy, Carbon Management, Skill Development, Infrastructure, and Trusteeship Services — actively partnering with Government of Karnataka departments, PSUs, and private sector clients to position MITCON as South India's premier technical consulting and sustainability advisory partner.

Ram Mapari, is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Limited, having experience in finance discipline for more than 38 years. As CFO he is responsible for overall finance of MITCON and its Group Companies. He is responsible for Finalisation of Accounts, preparation of Annual Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account, responsible for Taxation, Legal issues, statutory compliance, Preparation of MIS, Monitoring of Sales, Expenses, target, recovery etc. for MITCON and its Group Companies. He is actively involved in the management and formulation of policies of the MITCON and its Group companies.
